Volsen Refund & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at our customer support email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your purchase, and the amount to be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We can not issue a refund to any other credit card than the one used to make the original purchase.
You will have 30 days from the time the merchandise reaches you to contact us regarding a return. You must also show proof of purchase on the merchandise. The merchandise must be in it’s original packaging and in new condition.
After 30 days has gone by, you are still eligible for an exchange on an item, but will not be eligible for the refund.
Please contact use as soon as possible to notify us of an exchange you would like to make on any merchandise.
Any item purchased from the Volsen Website will be shipped to the customer free of charge. This service is eligible to all customers and you will never have to pay for shipping fees.
Forms of payment accepted are Visa and MasterCard. All forms of payment will be protected by our secure checkout. Your information will never be shared or sold to a third party site.
